Sensor Cleaning
Are you tired of sitting in front of a computer for hours removing specs of dust from your images? While dust and microscopic debris on your sensor is unavoidable, it can noticeably affect image quality if not regularly removed. Our expert staff can clean your sensor within one business day. Please drop off your camera body with a fully charged battery.

Excessive Cleaning Fee
For cameras dropped off with excessive dirt or debris, we include a $10 surplus charge to account for the extra time and care required to thoroughly clean the sensor and camera, to ensure optimal performance. This ensures every camera is returned in pristine condition, ready for flawless shooting.

Lens Calibration
Due to the delicate mechanics of a DSLR camera, normal use can sometimes cause lenses to become misaligned over time. Pair your camera with each lens through micro-focus adjustments for optimal images, and have the confidence to capture tack sharp images.

Card Recovery
Images can be lost for many reasons - card failure, accidental formatting, or camera malfunction. Our memory card recovery service can restore lost images on SD and CF cards. In the event that we cannot repair any images, the service is complimentary.

Our expert staff is at your service. We can come to your worksite to assemble your new purchase, install studio equipment, set up large format printers, and offer training on any devices. Please call for an estimate specific to your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Although you are free to drop off your camera, due to reduced staffing, we are unable to perform services listed above on Saturdays. Gear dropped off on Saturday will be serviced first thing the following Monday. We may also have extended wait times, or discontinue rush service, during PhotoX or other special events held at the store.
REPAIRS
We make the repair process easy by handling communication with the manufacturer to ensure your equipment is restored to factory specs. Bring or mail your damaged gear to us—we'll securely package and ship it for repair.Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks. Once complete, we’ll notify you for pickup. Standard round-trip shipping with insurance is $25, collected before shipment.
