336 West 700 South,
Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Join us to celebrate the newly created murals in Salt Lake City's Granary District neighborhood. Funded by a placemaking grant from the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City (RDA), 11 new large-scale artworks are now contributing to the beautification, diversification, and economic vitality of this historical manufacturing area.
On Saturday, September 29 at 5 p.m., hear more about the burgeoning Granary neighborhood and this creative approach to economic development from Salt Lake City Mayor Jackie Biskupski and City Council Member Derek Kitchen.
From 5:30 to 8 p.m., take self-guided walking and biking tours of the murals and meet the artists that created them.
*** Pictureline and Sigma are sponsoring a lens loaner event in conjunction with the mural walk. Stop by our parking lot at 305 W 700 S starting at 4:45 to borrow a Sigma lens for your camera! We'll have Canon, Nikon, and Sony mounts. ***
