The new video Cage with Trigger Handle for Sony FX3 from Kondor Blue features a built-in Arca Swiss Plate on the bottom of the cage allowing compatibility with the new DJI Ronin Motorized gimbal. NATO rails are standard on all sides of the cage allowing the addition of more accessories to outfit your rig. The NATO rail on top is removable allowing for the use of Sony's FX3 XLR top handle. Multiple 1/4" and four 3/8" threaded holes with Arri Locator Pins for Anti-twist accessories such as our Mini Quick Release Plates are located around the camera cage. The new Safety Pin Cold Shoe design makes sure your cold shoe accessories will NEVER slip out. There's also a built-in Hex tool on the bottom of the cage that helps ensure your camera and accessories are always tight. There's also an included HDMI Clamp that ensures your HDMI monitor and recorder connection is always secure. The modular design allows you to remove the side plates, customizing the feel and utility of the rig to best suit your needs.
The Top Handle features a Start/Stop Record Button that supports both Sony LANC and Panasonic Protocols, providing compatibility for most cameras such as Z Cam, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon, Panasonic, JVC, etc. There are Five 3/8" threaded holes with Arri Locator Pins for Anti-twist Accessories such as our Mini Quick Release Plates and over eighteen 1/4" hole options for mounting accessories. A 15mm standard side rod support option for EVF or monitors and cold shoe mounts on each end of the handle increase the versatility and functionality of added accessories. The top handle is also mounted via Nato Rail and can slide on to both left and right sides of the cage.
