We invite you, once again, to the new location for Print Society Meetings and activities. We are meeting in the new Pictureline Studio on the corner of 700 South and 300 West. Meetings this fiscal year will continue to be held on the second Monday of each month. Meeting time is December 14 from 7:00 P.M.- 9:00 P.M. The Board will meet in the same place at 6pm.
Concern has been expressed concerning the expense of preparing images for the competition with no assurance that all the images will be accepted for the gallery showing. Hence, this time we will submit our images electronically for the judging/selection process in December and then will have several weeks to finish the presentation process of matting and framing.
In an effort to keep the competition submissions simple. Here are the suggested file requirements:
- File size between 1-3MB, JPEG files only
- File naming convention: initials-sequence as in RJC-1, RJC,-2, RJC-3, etc.
- No more than 5 images
- No watermarks
- No borders
- Send to jclay@clayhaus.net by midnight on December 8th
