The process, technique, and ability to capture candid images in public spaces, often with complete strangers as subjects, is one that is difficult to perfect. Luckily for us, master street photographer Achim Soelter is based in Salt Lake City. You can often find him in the streets downtown practicing his craft, making timeless images. If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of street photography, this seminar is a must. Following the seminar, Achim will take to the streets to offer a Hands-on Workshop. Originally from Gronau, Germany, Achim developed a love of photography after a friend gave him an AE-1 and a roll of black and white film. His passion continued to grow through work related travel, giving him the opportunity to photograph cities all over the world. He found his niche with street photography, and has made his mark on the scene in a big way.
